We are a manufacturing and trading company that provides a wide range of contract manufacturing services to both domestic and international clients. These services encompass the production of dietary supplements, functional foods, and other products. Within this service, we manufacture high-quality products under the client’s own brand.

We own a modern production line, highly skilled employees, extensive experience, and know-how. We also accept orders for small batch production of dietary supplements. Our services are offered at exceptionally attractive and competitive prices.

UNIPHAR Company has been engaged in manufacturing since 2004 and continues to grow. We possess a rich machinery park, state-of-the-art production facilities, and a substantial, highly skilled, and experienced workforce. Over nearly two decades of operation, our company has received numerous awards and recognitions, including:

Quality

Our company places exceptional importance on the quality of the dietary supplements we manufacture. This applies to both the ingredients and the technological process.

Our quality assurance efforts are multi-faceted:

  • Procurement of production materials, including raw materials, semi-finished products, and various types of packaging, is exclusively done through reputable and qualified suppliers.
  • All materials undergo strict multi-stage control before being introduced into stock.
  • Raw materials and semi-finished products are tested in our in-house laboratory by the Quality Control Department, with results being continuously analyzed.

 

The above principles and control measures at our company ensure that the final product obtained is of high quality and safe for use.

We also place significant emphasis on the quality of the technological process. To achieve this, we have implemented the following systems:

  • GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
  • GHP (Good Hygienic Practices)
  • HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points)
  • ISO 9001:2015 (International Quality Management System).

The company regularly conducts external quality inspections and audits. Inspections are carried out by the District Sanitary Inspector, while audits are conducted by the independent certifying body, CSQ.

  • Development of the composition of new products (dietary supplements) and the selection of appropriate production technologies.
  • Preparation of graphic designs for commercial packaging (including labels, cartons, sachets, etc.).
  • Development and verification of product labeling in accordance with applicable law. If it is necessary to report the product to the Chief Sanitary Inspectorate, we prepare all the necessary documents and handle the formalities required for introducing the product into commercial circulation.
